- A master fireplace
- A gas Rannia Direct Vent Wall Furnace.
- The Kitchen:
- A kitchen with modern gas cook stove and old fashioned wood stove
- Dishes, cups, silverware, knives, can opener, cutting boards
- Pots & pans, colander, measuring cups, bowls
- Ladle, spatula, big fork & whisk, cheese grater & cork screw
- Dish rack & dish soap, wash bucket & sponge
- Pot holder & paper towels
- Wine glasses
- Coffee maker
- Toast-R-Oven
- Refridgerator
- The Back Bedroom:
- 1 full sized bed
- 1 dresser
- The Back Woodshed:
- Composting toilet w/T.P. in back woodshed (a must experience)
- Split wood for fieplaces and wood stoves
- There is an enclosed front porch with 1 Futon/Couch
- Snow shovel, broom & dustpan, vaccumm cleaner
- Trash bags

What you need to bring...
- Drinking water (if you do not prefer the well water) & food
- Flashlights / headlamps / lanterns
